Unexpected kindness after chaos

The staff went out of their way to assist me during a storm. The front desk manager truly turned my night around amidst all the disruptions.

Unfortunately, the shuttle was unavailable, and I had to brave the storm for food. That initial chaos added unnecessary stress to my evening.

The room was spacious, but my wake-up call was missed.

Had a great time with friends at the hotel! We explored Paris Mountain State Park for some outdoor fun and enjoyed a delicious culinary tour of Carolina BBQ. The place is perfect for groups, offering easy access to attractions and a nice atmosphere.

I did face an issue when the front desk didn’t send my requested wake-up call, which was a bit frustrating.

I stayed here while I was in CDL school, and the staff is just amazing. Crystal made it feel like home, even got a grill for pool parties! Big shoutout to the front desk team—Cat, Victor, Scott, Justin, and Kassandra were super friendly. Breakfast was always fresh too. Only thing was my room had a little musty smell. Overall, loved it!

I loved the cozy vibe of my spacious King Room and really enjoyed the relaxing evenings by the pool and on the patio. The only downside was that the bed was a bit too high for my comfort, but it didn’t ruin my great experience. I'd definitely recommend bringing a few snacks along, as the options nearby are fantastic! 😊

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, particularly because it’s close to Paris Mountain State Park, where we took our little one for some fun outdoor activities. The place was not too crowded, making it perfect for family adventures with a baby.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities like a play area would be great.

Reservations through the app were missing critical information about incidental charges, leading to a frustrating surprise at check-in. The clerks seemed overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the app, which hampered a smooth process. Additionally, rude customers disrupted the atmosphere while I was trying to check out, and there were unexplainable holds on my debit card during the transaction causing anxiety. On a positive note, the creative dishes offered in the dining area were a highlight during my stay, enhancing my overall experience.

This was just a nice choice for a short stay in Greenville with incredible value for money. The rooms are clean and well serviced, which I appreciated after a long day. Just be aware they charge for breakfast, so plan accordingly.

The room was pretty comfy overall, with a nice bed that made it easy to relax. However, the height of the bed was a bit weird—had to use a step stool to get on it, which isn't cool for someone shorter like me. The bathroom was okay, but it could have been cleaner. Like, some areas felt a bit neglected. Not super glamorous, but it did the job.

The bed was unbelievably comfy, and locations like the nearby California Dreaming are just a stroll away.
